About the project
The Center for Black Entrepreneurship and Innovation is a groundbreaking project that aims to create a welcoming and inspiring environment for black entrepreneurs, creators, and innovators in Brooklyn NYC. The building concept design is meant to be a hub for the community, providing a place to work, learn, collaborate, and socialize.
The center is divided into two halves, each with its own unique purpose. The first half is dedicated to work and collaboration spaces, including shared workspaces, meeting rooms, computer labs, and a cafe/restaurant. This section of the center is designed to foster a sense of community and provide entrepreneurs with the resources they need to succeed.
The second half of the center is dedicated to celebrating black art, history, and invention. The display area is designed to be a place of learning and inspiration, showcasing the contributions of black innovators and creators throughout history. The section also includes additional meeting spaces and areas for small gatherings, creating a multifunctional space for both work and play.
The Center for Black Entrepreneurship and Innovation is more than just a building, it's a symbol of hope and progress. By creating a space where black entrepreneurs can thrive, the center is helping to bring more diversity to the world of business and innovation. It's a place where people can come together to learn, create, and celebrate the rich history and culture of black entrepreneurs and innovators.
