1929

About the project

The 1929 project was a comprehensive redesign of a DC home that had been gutted and left in a state of disrepair. Our goal was to transform the space into a beautiful and functional living space that would suit the needs of the modern homeowner.

We started by creating an open concept layout for the main floor, which was previously closed off and had a narrow layout. The design was built thoughtfully from one end to the other, utilizing the available space in the best possible way. The basement was converted into a fully functional living area with an office, bedroom, kitchen, and lounge. The second floor housed three bedrooms, each with its own unique design elements.

The highlight of the project was the rooftop deck, which covered over half of the house's footprint. We created a large and exciting space that included a dining area, lounge area, and firepit, making it the perfect spot for grilling and entertaining.

Our visualization served as a valuable tool for the architect, helping them showcase the full potential of the space to the client. Our 3D virtual tour and animation provided a complete package design presentation, giving the client a realistic view of what their new home could look like.
